Sensimilla is a Spanish word that means ‘without seeds.’ Hence, a Sensimilla plant is one that is grown without seeds by isolating a female plant from the male ones. This separation is done to prevent pollination. As a result, when denied the opportunity to germinate, the female plant produces more and more buds that have a rich quantity of resin.
