The word ‘bong’ means a cylindrical pipe cut out from bamboo. A Water Bong is a device used to smoke marijuana. Its main purpose is to filter the smoke inhaled by users by making it rise up in the cylindrical tube. A water bong has a certain level of water in it that purifies and cools the smoke and makes it bubble upwards.
